My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Thirty-eight

Hey y’all. Today was a pretty decent day again. :) Here’s what I had to eat:
Breakfast: Cereal and almond milk
Snack: hard-boiled egg, granola bar, and apple juice 
Lunch: Homemade hamburger soup
Snack: Apple
Supper: Pancakes and salsa and tortilla chips-not at the same time! (that sounds disgusting.
After work I was so tired and my feet hurt so I skipped out on exercise again. Tomorrow! 
Night! :)

My Reshaping it All Journey…Day Thirty-seven

Today was a pretty good day! I worked 9-5:30 and packed all good food for my lunch and snacks. A coworker asked me how I eat so well. haha I didnt know what to say. I said I do cheat but I try to eat good. (I tell her this as she is leaving for KFC lol) So today I had:
Breakfast: Cereal with almond milk
Snack: Strawberries and a fruit berry snack thing lol
Lunch: Salad (actually it was just lettuce and homemade dressing), snap peas
Snack: Banana
Supper: Fish, a few chicken nuggets, chicken breast, raw veggies
Snack: Tortilla chips. :/
I ate so light earlier in the day, I was really hungry between breaks. My lunch only kept me full for about half an hour. And unfortunately I had a headache today and it was worse when I got home so I didnt exercise but at least I ate pretty well. Hopefully I can do something tomorrow. :)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Thirty-six

Today was such a gorgeous day! Probably the nicest we have had yet so far. I went to church, got to go for a motorbike ride with dad, did a bit of shopping, worked on my homework outside and went for a bike ride after supper. I was so excited to get a good bike workout but then we went by my relatives house and they were outside so we stopped and talked for like an hour and the bike ride was shorter than I thought it would be. 
I ate pretty decent today! I had:
Breakfast: Granola bar
Lunch: 2 fried eggs (prepared the same way as yesterday), some crispy minis, 2 little pieces of bacon and some rice noodles
Snack: Banana, strawberries, granola bar
Supper: Rice pasta and sauce and some snow peas
Snack: Salsa and chips. The salsa is healthy but not the chips really. At least they are made with corn. 
Well that was pretty much my day! :)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Thirty-five

Today was kind of a weird food day. I ate breakfast (cereal with almond milk) at about 11:30 this morning then we went out of town and I stopped at Orange Julius at about 3:00. I got a smoothie that had raspberries, banana and I think peaches and ice. It was the only drink they had that didnt have milk in it. Then I got home and had to get ready for work really quick. For supper I had a pita (made with spelt flour, not wheat) with tomato and I fried up a couple eggs and just  put a little butter and salt and pepper on them. Usually I have bread with that but I am off wheat. For my snack at work I had some peach slices and crispy minis and when I got home I had some veggies and dip. :) So I guess today wasn't too bad. Didn't get any exercise in (unless you count shopping ;) lol) And I even watched some Boy Meets World tonight. A good day haha :)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Thirty-four

Hmm…what to say about today. Pretty much the same as yesterday. I exercised, which felt great today! I was eating good until I got to work and there were cookies out..ugh. And then on my supper break I got some soup and these marshmallow strawberry things and they are so good! They only sell them this time of the year so I indulged a little bit. :/ Hopefully tomorrow there will be more good choices to report. :) Now I am just going to get ready for bed and watch some Seinfeld. :)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Thirty-three

Ya...so today was kind of an off day. This whole week has been kind of frustrating. I didnt feel like exercising but I did an aerobic workout anyway. Even some Wham music didnt get me in the exercising mood. I really hope I get some more motivation soon. Tomorrow is another day. Reshaping It All really helped me realize that if I make a few bad choices I can jump right back on the wagon and it doesnt mean I have totally fallen off. One good decision at a time. :)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Thirty-two

Happy June 1st! (And happy birthday to my brother!)
Today was full of good and not so good choices. I should have exercised when I had the time but I didn't. I did cheat a bit with my food but made some great choices too. My dad and brother had A&W for supper cause that's what my brother chose for his birthday supper haha but I didnt get anything for myself. After eating out last week and then getting sick the next day (coincidence?) I was perfectly fine with eating my chicken and potato wedges at home.
I am hungry right now and its almost midnight. ughh. I think I will just grab some fruit and head to bed. :)
