My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Sixty-two - sixty-five.

This is my last post for the Reshaping It All online event. I can’t believe it has been 65 days!! Sorry I haven’t posted for the past 4 days. Friday was Canada Day here and we went out to the lake for a surprise get together for my cousin and his gf that graduation and it was also a farewell for an exchange student that was staying with them. It was a ton of fun! 
Saturday we went to a Berry festival. It is every year in a little town and there is music and different vendors and tons of food and stuff like that. I bought a change purse thing that someone made with beads. It has Mario on one side and Luigi on the other. I just had to have it! 
Sunday was sooo hot! We went to church, I went shopping, my brother and I had a water fight and then I did homework and watched the game. 
Today I cut the grass, did homework, and dad and I rode our bikes downtown and back. It was a hard ride coming back but that’s good! It was a good workout. :)
So with all that went on this weekend, I didn’t eat the best. I tried to do as good as I could with portions and to get exercise and stuff like that. For example at the lake to cut back I had my burger plain, no bun or anything and it was good! Also instead of just sitting around and talking the whole day, my brother and I went for 2 walks and played Frisbee. 
 I have learned quite a bit during these weeks:
- I really think about what I put in my body before I do it. I try and think “is it really necessary that I do this?” Something Candace stresses in her book.
-Little good choices add up! 
-If I mess up, don’t give up! I am really hard on myself sometimes and I am learning to move on from mistakes and that I can make awesome choices after a not so good one and still end up with success. 
Although I didn’t lose a ton a weight these couple months (I did lose some though yay!), I feel like I have learned a lot. This is an ongoing thing and hopefully eventually I will not struggle with food as much as I do sometimes. I will still be blogging about my Reshaping It All progress, probably weekly or something. I think checking in will keep me more accountable. So you will be hearing more about this. ;) Have a good night y’all! Oh and Happy July 4th to everyone in the USA! :)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Sixty and sixty-one

Just a really quick entry. This even is quickly coming to a close and unfortunately I am not being as productive as I wanted this week. It has been so busy! My cousins graduation was yesterday and I worked, today I had a hair appointment, had a potluck lunch at work for someone that is leaving, work on some gifts, then my friend came over tonight. 
So needless to say, when I am busy I sometimes tend not to eat as good as I should. Actually yesterday wasn’t too bad. I mostly had fruit and for supper I made turkey burgers, which I had without the bun. I cheated a bit at work and when I got home.
Today I had some Bran cereal and then for the potluck lunch I tried to do as good as I could. I just took a little bit of everything and tried to take more of the healthier stuff. And I only had a tiny piece of cake! For supper I had a leftover turkey burger. For my snack just now I had macaroni salad hahha-not the best thing to eat for a midnight snack. :/

My Reshaping it All Journey…Day Fifty-nine

Well today was kinda blah haha. I slept in and then for breakfast I had some cereal and a nectarine. For lunch I had more fruit and some almonds. My snack was crispy minis and for supper I had salmon, chicken and potatoes. And I also just had a plum. 
Unfortunately I didn’t exercise today. I wasn’t feeling that great. Maybe it was the heat. I am not use to these warm temperatures-but I am enjoying them!

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Fifty-eight

58!
So I worked today till 5:30 and I was up early. I tried to have some fruit for breakfast but it was making my stomach feel gross so I had it for my snack later in the morning. For lunch I had salad and a fruit snack. For a snack later on a had some trail mix and for supper I grabbed a nectarine and a few tortilla chips. I was in a hurry cause I was going to my friends house to watch The Bachelorette. Then we went to Tim Horton’s and I got a lemonade slush and for a snack tonight I had a banana, fruit snack and crispy rice bar made by Envirokidz lol. 
Since this is the last week of the Reshaping It All Event I want to do as good as I can this week. It will be hard though since this week is so busy but I just have to think one good choice at a time! :)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Fifty-six and fifty-seven

I was tired last night so I didn’t do this. 
Yesterday wasn’t too bad until I got to work. I had cereal, fruit and salmon and roast beef for supper and I forgot to pack a snack for work and I snacked on a fruit snack and a mix of stuff that had nuts and candy and stuff. Bad! :( I had some today as well. I am going to try and not have any tomorrow. I also had a granola bar for breakfast, fruit and smoothie for lunch, a fruit snack, chicken and celery for supper and a banana and hemp and sesame tortilla chips for a snack. Yesterday I took the dog we were watching for a walk and I didn’t get any exercise in today. I went to church, went to work, came home, had supper and then my aunts and my cousins and cousins gf came over and we scrapbooked. :) 
Well hopefully tomorrow will be better. I already have a salad packed. I can already hear my coworkers saying “salad again?!” ;)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Fifty-five

Wow! There are only 10 days left of this event after tonight. 
So I was doing really good until I went to work. :/ For breakfast I had 2 fried eggs and an apple. For lunch I had snack kind of stuff (more fruit lol) cause I ate a late breakfast, and I had some salmon for supper. Then I went to work and had an oatmeal cookie that I took and there was a tray of like nuts and candies and stuff and I had a little bit of that. :/ Then I came home and had a nectarine and 2 little cookies and some hemp and sesame tortilla chips which I think are pretty ok since they are low sodium and made with corn. Oh and this morning we went for a walk which made me sweat a lot! haha it was warm out. :)
This challenge has really made me more aware of what I actually eat and what I should and shouldn’t have and it helps me think twice (sometimes lol) about what I put in my mouth. I didn’t really realize how much I actually struggle with food until I actually try resisting it. I just have to do my best though and just make lots of small good choices so that it will add up success. :)
Georgia is coming tomorrow and hopefully I will have time to take her for a walk. Isn’t she gorgeous. Friendliest dog I have ever met too. :)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Fifty-four

So today was pretty good! I am not going to mention everything I ate cause it seems like a lot but fruit and veggies are not very filling so I ate quite a bit of them lol. The only thing I probably shouldn’t have had was the Popsicle. It’s hard to resist them when its so hot out and I had just finished cutting the grass again. The lawn mower quit on me yesterday. I think it overheated. So I finished that, and then after supper mom and I went for a walk. I pretty much did homework most the day besides shopping for a bit for grad presents…and having a quick karaoke session. :)

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Fifty-two and Fifty-three

Last night I was so tired so I am posting now. 
So yesterday we were out of town and so I didn’t eat the best. I tried to make good decisions. Like for lunch we stopped at a restaurant and I had a chicken caesar salad. And I didn’t get exercise in since it was such a busy day. 
Today I had a smooze for breakfast, veggies and dip and fruit for lunch, crispy minis and a popsicle for a snack, chicken and fruit for supper, and fruit and these fruit bar things for my snack before bed. oh and another smooze lol. I had a lot of fruit today haha, which is good, but it does still have natural sugars.
It was gorgeous out today so I decided to mow the lawn and that was a good workout and then mom and I went for a bike ride after supper.
Well its getting pretty late so I am off to bed. Night!

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Fifty-one

Pretty good day! I worked 9-5:30 so I had a smooze for breakfast lol. They look like this: 
Then about 11:00 I had some cereal and almond milk. For lunch I had homemade hamburger soup and half a plum. My afternoon snack was apple chips and for supper I had brown rice, a little bit of sausage, and a pierogi. And I just had an apple for my snack before bed. I didn’t get exercise in today. I went shopping right after work, had supper, did homework and that’s pretty much it!

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Fifty

Ah! Day 50 already! Well today being father’s day, dad wanted to go out and eat somewhere. Preferably a burger place. So dad and I rode our bikes to this place across town and that way I got exercise in. Mom and my brother met us there. And this is what I ended up eating today:
Breakfast: I was in a hurry for church this morning so I just grabbed a breakfast bar and a Fruit to Go and some water. 
Lunch: I had pineapple before we went for our bike ride and when we got to the burger place I ordered chicken strips. I think it was the best thing on the menu. 
Snack: Sunflower seeds, a few tortilla chips (like 5 lol), a cookie (made with cane sugar and oats, not wheat), and I had a few bites of rhubarb crisp that mom made. Not very good snack choices. 
Supper: I had more pineapple and a homemade pita (wheat free) with just a little butter on it.
Snack: For my snack before bed I just had a coconut mango Smooze its called. Its’s a frozen snack made with coconut milk and they are really good!
Well I hope everyone had a chance to spend time with their dad’s today! I did. :)

My Reshaping it All Journey…Day Fourty-nine

I did so good today y’all! I didn’t cheat at all! I think its been a while. I am back down to my lowest weight that I have been in a while so that totally motivated me to not mess it up today. The only thing is I didn’t get exercise in. I was going to do my aerobics this afternoon which I usually do in the basement but my brother was skypeing and I didnt want to bug him/have people see me do it hahah and then my moms friend came over and I went back to doing homework and just didn’t get to it. This is what I had to eat today:
I slept in so I hate brunch at about 12:30 and it was 2 eggs fried in water and strawberries and pineapple
Snack: Pineapple, tuna, a plum and sunflower seeds
Supper: I had a bite of sweet potato I think it was and didn’t like it! It took me about 2 minutes to be able to swallow it hahha blah. And I had raw veggies and dip and finished off the pineapple. haha I was just snacking on it all day. And that’s it! 
I realized I never really record what I drink but its usually always water. Sometimes I will add lemon and sometimes Stevia with the lemon (its a natural sweetener, not really like sugar). If I have juice its very little, like not even a glass full. I rarely drink pop. Like maybe once a month, if that. Oh and I also like to make healthy smoothies. 
Well I think that will do it for today’s post. I am back on the wagon!

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Fourty-eight

So I am still really having trouble with will power lately. I was doing so good at the beginning. Definitely something I need to pray about. So today I didn’t eat until about 12:30 and I had a nectarine and a Welch’s freezie thing. Later in the afternoon I had rice pasta at about 2:30. For supper I had a plum, tuna…and I was at work and there were candies out and I had a few too many. I shouldn’t of had any. :/ ugh. For a snack later at work I had strawberries and 2 more plums when I got home. My brother and I went out for a little walk this morning. It was pouring rain but we grabbed our umbrellas and it was really fun! And I got some use out of my poncho lol. I am sure we will be doing that again haha. Well I am going to get ready for bed and watch some Little House on the Prairie. :)

My Reshaping it All Journey…Day Fourty-seven

Well today was pretty uneventful lol. I did homework most the day but I feel like I didn’t accomplish much. Here’s what I ate today:
Breakfast: Eggs and a nectarine
Lunch: Rice noodles and raw veggies and dip
Snack: 2 ginger snaps, banana, a few marshmallows lol
Supper: Salad
Snack: I roasted some pumpkin seeds in olive oil, garlic power, salt and oregano and they were so good! An healthy. I also just had another nectarine for my snack before bed. I love this time of year when the fruit is in season. :)
For exercise we went for a walk today. :) 
Going to relax and watch some Home Improvement now. 

My Reshaping it All Journey…Day Fourty-four to fourty-six

I am doing this post for 3 days worth cause I was having computer issues and wasn’t feeling well one day. So…
Day 44
In the morning I had a snack: pineapple and granola bar. For lunch I had more pineapple, granola, and an apple, for supper I ran home and grabbed some fish (I had to hurry and get to my friends house for The Bachelorette) and then I went to Tim Horton’s that night and had a Lemonade slush and 5 Timbits. And I didn’t get any exercise in. It was a full day!
Day 45
I had tuna, a couple nectarines, sunflower seeds. For supper: raw veggies and dip, strawberries and pineapple and a popsicle for an afternoon snack. After supper my snack was crispy minis-the salt and vinegar flavor, which was a bad choice lol
Day 46
For breakfast I had some granola and almond milk, and fruit. For lunch I had more granola lol. Supper was potatoes and salad. And for a snack I had more crispy minis. I did get quite a bit of exercise yesterday. Mom and I went for a walk and then my friend and I rode our bikes pretty far and got a good workout and then I came home and did aerobics. My workout music was from the soundtrack from Hairspray. :)

My Reshaping it All Journey…Day Fourty-three

Ok so day 43..not too bad! I ate weird today as you will see:
Breakfast: Rice bar snack thing haha
Lunch: Granola with almond milk and a banana, tuna, and a nectarine 
Snack: banana and a strawberry popsicle from M&M. they are sooo good!
Supper: Some turkey meatloaf
Then we went to Tim Horton’s and I had a Lemonade slushie and for a snack before bed tonight I had 2 nectarines haha. I had a lot of fruit today!
For exercise we went for a walk and that’s really all I felt like cause I got a headache again. :/

Posting yesterday’s this afternoon cause I was so tired last night and had a headache. Not much to say about yesterday. I worked 1-9 so there wasn’t time for much else. I did cheat a bit… but I did take a romaine lettuce salad for my supper. :)

My Reshaping it All Journey…Day Fourty

So today I finally got some good exercise in! I did an aerobic workout this afternoon and then went for a bike ride after supper.
To eat I had granola and almond milk for breakfast, homemade soup and a rice snack bar for lunch, some coffee cake (a teeny tiny piece! like 2 bites worth lol) and a granola bar for a snack, raw veggies and salad for supper and almond for a snack tonight. Overall pretty successful I think. :) Workout music today included Spice Girls hahaha

Just a really quick post! 
Today I had some eggs for breakfast, tuna and tomatoes for lunch, some coffee cake mom made for a snack (ugh!), and for supper we had cooked veggies and Turkey meatloaf pictured below. It is the recipe from Candace Cameron Bure’s book. :) No exercise again. My stomach was bugging me today. :(

My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Thirty-eight

Hey y’all. Today was a pretty decent day again. :) Here’s what I had to eat:
Breakfast: Cereal and almond milk
Snack: hard-boiled egg, granola bar, and apple juice 
Lunch: Homemade hamburger soup
Snack: Apple
Supper: Pancakes and salsa and tortilla chips-not at the same time! (that sounds disgusting.
After work I was so tired and my feet hurt so I skipped out on exercise again. Tomorrow!

My Reshaping it All Journey…Day Thirty-seven

Today was a pretty good day! I worked 9-5:30 and packed all good food for my lunch and snacks. A coworker asked me how I eat so well. haha I didnt know what to say. I said I do cheat but I try to eat good. (I tell her this as she is leaving for KFC lol) So today I had:
Breakfast: Cereal with almond milk
Snack: Strawberries and a fruit berry snack thing lol
Lunch: Salad (actually it was just lettuce and homemade dressing), snap peas
Snack: Banana
Supper: Fish, a few chicken nuggets, chicken breast, raw veggies
Snack: Tortilla chips. :/
I ate so light earlier in the day, I was really hungry between breaks. My lunch only kept me full for about half an hour. And unfortunately I had a headache today and it was worse when I got home so I didnt exercise but at least I ate pretty well. Hopefully I can do something tomorrow. :)
