Hey y’all. Today was a pretty decent day again. :) Here’s what I had to eat:
Breakfast: Cereal and almond milk
Snack: hard-boiled egg, granola bar, and apple juice
Lunch: Homemade hamburger soup
Snack: Apple
Supper: Pancakes and salsa and tortilla chips-not at the same time! (that sounds disgusting.
After work I was so tired and my feet hurt so I skipped out on exercise again. Tomorrow!
