Well I was feeling a lot better today so I got out for a walk…yay! I also stayed on track with my eating. I had oatmeal and pineapple for breakfast/lunch (I slept in), some salmon and snow peas for supper and more snow peas and celery for my snack at work. I even passed up the chocolates that were sitting out for us at work. They looked so good! Tonight I am having a scoop of Rice Dream’s non-dairy dessert with some peach. yum!
