Just a really quick update. This was not a good day! I feel like I ate so much, probably cause I had lots of carbs. So…
Breakfast: a sesame snap lol
Lunch: Pancakes, some chicken nuggets and a few fries. (we made too much food lol)
Supper: My friend and I went out to McDonalds and I was all excited to get my Caesar salad and then they told me they were out of all salads. :/ So I got the chicken burger meal. I really didnt need the pop but got it anyways. I didnt eat all the fries though!
Snack: Tomatoes and banana bread (also something I shouldn’t have had because of the sugar and wheat.)
And the only exercise I got was from cleaning and mowing the lawn again. :/
So back on the wagon tomorrow! Hopefully I didnt mess it up too bad..its weigh in day tomorrow!
Oh and I also watched Life as We Know It for a 3rd time with a friend tonight. :) Josh Duhamel. ♥
