My Reshaping it All Journey...Day Seven

Day Seven! I started out the day with oatmeal that I have been having everyday. It is just oats, and then after its cooked I add almond milk, cinnamon, nutmeg and sometimes a little bit of cloves just to give it some more flavor. So that was kind of breakfast/lunch. For a late afternoon snack I had ketchup flavored crispy minis. That was definitely a cheat food. Definitely better than chips or something but I could have chosen something healthier. For supper I had a salad and some chicken breast with BBQ sauce that I probably could have done without. And for my snack tonight I had some peach slices and butter popcorn flavored rice cakes. Well, that’s one week down!
