I had a pretty good day! I ate well and had a great workout! This is what I had:
Breakfast: Oatmeal. Lunch: Pineapple and tuna. Supper: Salmon and mini tomatoes. Snack: Granola Bar.
For my workout I did this video:

I usually do the aerobic part but today I did the whole thing and its hard! It has lots of toning exercises at the end for thighs, butt, and stomach. I think I over did it and felt sick after but I’m glad I did it anyway! And yes this video is super cheesy and very 80’s and they are dressed in bright pink, yellow and blue but its fun and I love it haha. It even has Lisa Whelchel from The Facts Of Life. :)
