Well today was pretty uneventful lol. I did homework most the day but I feel like I didn’t accomplish much. Here’s what I ate today:
Breakfast: Eggs and a nectarine
Lunch: Rice noodles and raw veggies and dip
Snack: 2 ginger snaps, banana, a few marshmallows lol
Supper: Salad
Snack: I roasted some pumpkin seeds in olive oil, garlic power, salt and oregano and they were so good! An healthy. I also just had another nectarine for my snack before bed. I love this time of year when the fruit is in season. :)
For exercise we went for a walk today. :)
Going to relax and watch some Home Improvement now.
