Pretty good day! I worked 9-5:30 so I had a smooze for breakfast lol. They look like this:
Then about 11:00 I had some cereal and almond milk. For lunch I had homemade hamburger soup and half a plum. My afternoon snack was apple chips and for supper I had brown rice, a little bit of sausage, and a pierogi. And I just had an apple for my snack before bed. I didn’t get exercise in today. I went shopping right after work, had supper, did homework and that’s pretty much it!
