So today I finally got some good exercise in! I did an aerobic workout this afternoon and then went for a bike ride after supper.
To eat I had granola and almond milk for breakfast, homemade soup and a rice snack bar for lunch, some coffee cake (a teeny tiny piece! like 2 bites worth lol) and a granola bar for a snack, raw veggies and salad for supper and almond for a snack tonight. Overall pretty successful I think. :) Workout music today included Spice Girls hahaha
